D’banj, Don Jazzy & wande coal reunite for free performance

16th March 2015 So, on Wednesday, the former members of the defunct MoHits Records, D’Banj, Don Jazzy and Wande Coal came together for the first time after their break up in 2012, to give a surprise performance at the 50th birthday ceremony of Prince Aremo Oniru, the Lagos State commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development.

According to TheNet.ng the 3 stars did the surprise performance of their hit song “Pere” free of charge.

Rumour has it that Prince Aremo Oniru has been D’banj’s godfather for years and was even responsible for bringing American socialite Amber Rose to D’banj’s 10th anniversary last month.

Prince Aremo is also said to be tight friends with the sponsors of Mavin Records, Folly Coker.

Can we expect an official collabo with these stars any time soon? We hope so.
