2015 Calabar Festival & Carnival begins!

Dec 01, 2015 Let’s start with gist from the biggest street party in Africa, the annual Carnival Calabar. Well as the festivities begin in the city of Calabar, we look at how the dry-run rehearsals for the carnival went over the weekend.

For this year, there have been whispers of a more international carnival, hosting Latin American and Asian carnival troupes.  This year’s festivities run from now till the 1^st of January. Don’t say we didn’t give you heads up!
