Cassper Nyovest, Diamond Platnumz, others win at Channel O Music Video Awards 2014

So Channel O Music Video Awards 2014 went down in Soweto, South Africa on Saturday night.

South African rapper Cassper Nyovest stole the show beating Diamond Platnumz’s “Number One” and Davido’s “Aye” to bag the Most Gifted Video of the year Award. Cassper Nyovest also won Most Gifted Male award and Most Gifted Southern Award.

Also winning big was Diamond Platnumz with the Most Gifted Newcomer award, Most Gifted Afro Pop award and the Most Gifted East award.

Other winners include Tiwa Savage with the most gifted female award, KCEE with Most Gifted Duo, Group or featuring, Olamide beating Davido to bag the Most Gifted West award and many more.

Davido who didn’t win any award posted a video on his Instagram saying “Shout out to team Davido, we didn’t win yesterday. It happens, but trust me we are coming back harder and harder. I love you guys for all the support”. Talking about positive spirit!
