Aka wins big at Sa Hip Hop Awards 2014

So, the SA Hip Hop awards went down at Gold Reef City in Johannesburg on Wednesday night, with ace South African rapper AKA clearing four awards.

Video of the Year Award, Best Male Award, Most Valuable Artist Award and Best Collaboration Award together with rapper K.O. Meanwhile, AKA’s top rival Cassper Nyovest, who was only two seats away from AKA at the awards won three awards. Album of the Year award, Song of the Year Award and Best Digital Sales Award.

With the ongoing beef between AKA and Cassper, AKA goes ahead to diss Cassper Nyovest on twitter with a tweet that says “Niggas talks shit about you all year then can’t say a word to you when they two seats away”, posting a picture of Cassper along with it.

In another tweet AKA says “I been chirping him all night. We don’t need diss tracks. I’m here and he star struck.” But Cassper chose to keep his calm. How cool.
