D’banj, Fally Ipupa, Usher, others perform at Global Citizen Earth Day 2015 in Washington

22nd April 2015 And Nigeria’s afro-pop star D’banj as well as Congolese ndombolo and soukous singer Fally Ipupa were two African superstars who represented the continent at the 45th Global Citizen Earth Day anniversary concert, which went down at Washington Monument Grounds, Washington D. C on Saturday.

Other international artists at the event included Mary J. Blige, Will.i.am, Usher, Common, Kenya Moore, as well as Jimmie who performed together with D’Banj along with the CEO dancers.

The Global Citizen Earth Day is geared towards tackling climate change and global poverty.
