Idris Elba stars in new movie titled “Beast Of No Nation”

Starring Sierra Leonean-British actor Idris Elba and young actor Abraham Attah, the Netflix original movie is expected to premiere on October 16.

The movie adaptation, “Beasts of No Nation”, inspired by late Fela Kuti’s album of the same title, is the story of a young boy who is forced to join a unit of mercenary fighters during a civil war after his father was killed by militants.

The movie was scripted, filmed and directed by American film maker Cary Fukunaga.
