New video alert! Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 – “Black Woman”

Mar 07, 2016 In the music world, son of legendary Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Seun Kuti drops the video of his 2014 track titled “Black Woman”, together with his Egypt 80 band.

The video celebrates legendary black women such as Seun’s grandmother Olufunmilayo Ransome-Kuti, Queen Amina of Zaria, American civil rights activist Nina Simone and many more.

The track, off Seun’s acclaimed album “A Long Way to the Beginning” features vocals of German-Nigerian songstress Nneka.
