The Muffinz set for American tour to celebrate Africa month

Mar 28, 2016 Multiple award winning South African band The Muffinz is set to embark on an American mini-tour scheduled to kick off on April 27 up until May 31 this year to celebrate Africa Month.

During the tour, the 5-man guitar-inclined band would be performing in Washington DC, Atlanta, New York and Philadelphia.

The multitalented group, which is also involved in songwriting, composing and illustration, is expected to collaborate with selected Arts Projects  aimed at building a US Tour circuit for African artists to plug into as well as create a cultural relationship with the US towards an annual project with various musicians.

In October 2014 The Muffinz performed at the Apollo Theatre in New York in a sold out event.
