Banky W opens up on why EME let go of Skales

27th Aug 2014 In a chat with Pulse.ng Empire Mates Entertainment’s boss Banky W has opened up about the real reason the record label had to let go of fast-rising “Shake Body” singer Skales, whom EME had discovered and signed up in 2010.

Banky W had it that EME had to let Skales go because Skales did not truly rise up to the level expected of him, even though he had a few hit songs.

In the meantime, Skales was recently signed up by Baseline Music in a deal worth hundreds of millions of Naira, which include a new house and a new car for Skales, according to manager of Baseline Music Howie T.

Greener pasture it certainly is for Skales!
