Boxing match is shifted as Tagoe of Ghana suffers from malaria

26th March 2015 The much anticipated World Boxing Association International Lightweight Championship match between Ghana’s Emmanuel Tagoe AKA “Game Boy” versus Filipino Joebert Delos Reyes has been postponed to April twenty fourth following an attack of Malaria on the part of the Ghanaian boxer.

The match which was originally slated for the twenty seventh of this month will also feature another fight between popular fighters George ‘Red Tiger’ Ashie and Ronald Pontillas. The postponed bout will still take place at the Lawn Tennis Court of the Accra Sports Stadium and will be broadcasted live to more than fifty African countries on the 24th of April, 2015.

The show’s promoter, Baby Jet Promotions will put out a release of event timelines in as the fight time draws closer.
