British-Ghanaian actor Sam Sargong commits suicide

Nov 03, 2015 On a sad note, British-Ghanaian actor and model Sam Sargong tragically committed suicide by jumping off the Colorado Bridge in Pasadena, California, USA on Monday last week.

The 40-year old former MTV’s Yo Mamma co-host was reported to have had a 7-hour standoff with his family members as well as law enforcement officers in bid to stop him from jumping off the bridge, to no avail.

Taking to her Instagram to mourn the loss, Nollywood star Omoni Oboli posted a heartfelt message to express her grief over Sam Sargong’s death, as they had both played the roles of couples in the 2010 movie “Anchor Baby”. Rest in Peace Sam Sargong.
