British-Nigerian Actor John Boyega in star wars 7 trailer but Lupita Nyong’O is missing

4th Dec 2014 So, the much talked about Star Wars 7 which is currently being filmed in Abu Dhabi and England, expected to be released in December 2015 has its first official trailer out.

The trailer features British-Nigerian actor John Boyega, but does not include Oscar winning Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o as expected.

However, John Boyega, who had acted the role of Chiwetel Ejiofor’s houseboy in the movie Half of a Yellow Sun, has been criticized by his fans for taking up the role of fictional soldier Imperial Stormtooper in the movie, which is usually played by whites and not blacks.

John Boyega responded to the critics saying they should get used to it.
