Carneiro wants apology from Mourinho
Mar 09, 2016 Eva Carneiro, former Chelsea team doctor, recently called for a public apology from Jose Mourinho as part of her constructive dismissal and sex discrimination claim against the Premier League champions.
Carneiro, who worked for Chelsea for six years, parted ways with the club. She left in September last year following a face-off with Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho in the closing minutes of the opening league match of the season against Swansea City at Stamford Bridge in August.
The 42-year-old fell out of favor with Mourinho after she ran on to the pitch with physio Jon Fearn to treat winger Eden Hazard. After the game, Mourinho described the pair as “impulsive and naive”.
Soon afterwards, Carneiro was relieved of her match-day duties.
