Dangote Cement Announces the Price Slash of their products.

4th Nov 2014 Builders and prospective builders will be very happy , no doubt to know that there has been a whooping forty one percent price slash on building cement by Dangote group, makers of Dangote cement. The grades now sell between one thousand naira and one thousand, one hundred and fifty, exclusive of value added tax. This sounds like a great offer.

Mister Devakumor Edwin who spoke on behalf of the group said ‘We recognize the need for a dramatic increase in the response to the huge infrastructure and housing deficit in the country, and one of the ways of addressing the issue is bringing the price of building materials down to much more affordable levels, especially cement which is within our own control as part of our contribution to the transformation agenda of the president Goodluck Jonathan administration and the attainment of key milestones in the millennium development goals’.

Those were words from Dangote group, Mister Devakumor announcing the group’s price slash on building cement.
