08 Apr 2014 What happens when the best of the crop from all over Africa come together in one voice? Epic music happens, that’s what.
And that’s what has happened with one of Africa’s biggest music collaborations, ‘Cocoa Na Chocolate’ where the likes of D’banj, Omawunmi, Victoria Kimani, Femi Kuti and rough it up in a farm.
The aim of the video Cocoa na Chocolate is to raise awareness and increase African leaders investment in agriculture.
EL Now news gathers that each verse was written by the participating artist and the song’s hook was handled by D’banj whose partnership with ONE project saw the collaboration to reality.
The video was co-produced by Cobhams Asuquo and DeeVee of DB Records. It was directed by Godfather Productions and set in South Africa.
