D’banj shortlists finalists for “The King Is Here” rap competition

Oct 20, 2015 As the Koko Master D’banj works towards the release of his much-anticipated visual EP titled “An Epic Journey”, the DB Record boss is at the final lap of his search for the winner of “The King is Here” rap competition.

The winner of the competition gets featured alongside D’Banj and indigenous rapper Reminisce on the remix of the track “The King is here”.

The original track featureS D’banj, Reminisce and ace South African rapper Cassper Nyovest.

Out of over 8000 contestants, 5 contestants have been shortlisted for the final battle, where they can be voted for via their Instagram handles Officialbils, aonethalyricist, itsme_itse, ola_dips and tushkido after having Instagram users listen to their raps available on their Instagram accounts.

D’banj would be announcing the winner of the competition himself.
