Diamond Platnumz allegedly accused of tax evasion

13th March 2015 Over to Tanzania, report has surfaced that Tanzanian bongo flava singer Diamond Platnumz might be in trouble with the tax man as the Tanzania Revenue Authority is said to be after him for unpaid taxes, according to leading Tanzanian gossip website bongo5.com.

The report has it that the Tanzanian revenue authority has demanded Diamond’s business transactions report from Diamond’s management for the period of 2010 up to 2014 within seven days’ ultimatum.

However, Diamond’s management company has denied knowledge of such request by the Tanzanian Revenue Authority.

Well, 7 days’ ultimatum is not such a long time.
