Diamond Platnumz, Davido, AKA, Yemi Alade win at Afrimma 2015

Oct 13, 2015 We kick off with African Muzik Magazine award 2015 hosted by rib-cracking Nigerian comedian Basket Mouth and Ugandan comedienne Ann Kansiime in Dallas on Saturday.

The biggest winner at the event was Tanzanian bongo flava singer Diamond Platnumz who won in 3 different categories – Best Dance Video, Best Male East Africa and beating Davido, Wizkid, Flavour and Cassper Nyovest to win the prestigious Artiste of the Year award.

Other notable winners include AKA who won the best male South African award; Davido – Best Male West Africa; Yemi Alade – Best female West Africa; Vanessa Mdee- best female East Africa; Yuri Da Cunha – best male Central Africa and many more.
