From February 1, 2017, audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan will be able to watch ‘On the Real’, ‘The Governor’, ‘Sons of the Caliphate’, ‘Married to the Game’, and ‘Dowry’ on Amazon Video:
‘On the Real’ will give viewers a look at a reality-drama, incorporating running commentary by all cast members, which includes five young Nigerian reality TV stars and an obnoxious television executive. The series stars Ini Dima-Okojie and Nancy Isime.
‘The Governor’ tells the story of a deputy-governor who emerges upon the death of her predecessor and becomes Nigeria’s first female governor. She works to prove that a woman can handle the job. Stars include Caroline Chikezie and Bimbo Manuel.
‘Sons of the Caliphate’ is based on three privileged young men, all friends, who are looking to fill the governorship seat of the northern Nigerian state of Kowa. The series stars Yakubu Mohammed, Paul Sambo, and Mofe Duncan.
In ‘Dowry’, two fighting families must make peace upon the impending marriage of their children. Suddenly, the groom disappears just before the wedding and secrets emerge. The series stars Deyemi Okanlawon, Ivie Okujaye, and Linda Ejiofor.
In ‘Married to the Game’, the honeymoon fantasies of a newlywed couple veer into a long nightmare when they run over a mysterious stranger, moments after leaving the altar.
