Ghana Confirms its Squad for the World Cup
3 June 2014 As we wait for the World Cup to begin, Ghana has confirmed its squad for the world cup following Coach Kwesi Appiah removal of the last 3 people from his provisional 26 man list. One player who has been confirmed to play in the midfield is Michael Essien who currently plays for AC Milan.
In preparation for the games, Ghana has planned a number of friendlies. The first friendly against the Netherlands saw Ghana lose following a goal by Robin van Persie. Next up is a game against South Korea which will hold on the 9th of June.
