Jaguar accuses Iyanya and Nigerian musicians of exploitation

14th Jan 2015 Salutations EL Now Peeps!

So, Kenyan star singer and philanthropist Jaguar, who recently did a collabo with Nigerian Mr. Oreos Iyanya, has come out to express his displeasure with the deal

Jaguar says he and Iyanya did not agree on a number of things during the collabo of his song “One Centimeter (remix), including the choice of music video director, as Iyanya would rather have Nigerian celebrated video director Clarence Peters on the video rather than Kenyan video director Thome.

Jaguar also accused Iyanya of using the song to gain popularity in Eastern Africa while Iyanya did not promote Jaguar and his song in Nigeria.

Jaguar went ahead to accuse Nigerian artists of being selfish and warns Eastern African artists to beware.

Is Jaguar trying to start the year with a cross regional beef?
