Kell Brook retains IBF Welterweight Title

Mar 29, 2016 British boxer Kell Brook recently retained his IBF welterweight title by defeating Canadian challenger Kevin Bizier in Sheffield.

29 year old Brook, who won the IBF title in 2014, knocked down Bizier twice in the second round before the referee stopped the fight.

Bizier’s knockout victory over Frederick Lawson in November last year had set him up as the mandatory challenger for the title.
