Kenya Airways Introduces Mobile Check-in Service.

30th July 2014 From Fly Naija we have this news report that Kenya Airways has introduced a mobile check-in service that will enable customers check in for their flight details using any internet-enabled mobile devices.

There are quite a few services available with this option; apart from checking in, passengers can also select a flight, choose their seat from the seat map, update their frequent flier details and cancel check in. Passengers can also get an electronic boarding pass which can even be sent as an SMS.

Dr. Titus Naikuni , Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Airways, is quoted as saying that the mobile check-in service is an effort to consistently provide a world-class experience by leveraging on technological innovations.
