Kerry arrives in Laos after departing from Saudi Arabia

Jan 26, 2016 United States Secretary of State, John Kerry, recently arrived in Vientiane, Laos where he was greeted by the U.S. Ambassador to Laos Daniel Clune.

During the visit, Kerry met with Lao Prime Minister Thongsing Thammavong and Foreign Minister/Deputy Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith to discuss the upcoming Special U.S.-ASEAN Summit.

While in South East Asia, Kerry will visit Cambodia to meet with the Cambodian prime minister and foreign minister before heading to the Republic of China.
