June 2, 2015 Neverland, home of deceased international superstar and music legend Michael Jackson is now on the market and for a meager one hundred million dollars, you can have it. Reports have it that the listing agents are Suzanne Perkins and Harry Kolb of Sotheby’s International Realty and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland.
The ranch in Los Olivos, which is now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, is a 2,700-acre property, and still contains railroad tracks, a train station, floral clock. However, the amusement park rides and the popular animals which were also residents are no longer on the property.
Michael Jackson purchased the property in the late ‘80s from golf course entrepreneur William Bone, for nineteen point five million dollars. He was in default on the loan on the ranch when it was bought about six years ago for twenty two point five million dollars and there have been reports that it was getting renovated for sale.
The property has six bedrooms and staff quarters. A four and two-bedroom guesthouse are part of two dozen other structures on the estate which includes facilities such as a swimming pool and sports courts.
