Naasz wins second consecutive crashed Ice race

Jan 14, 2016 American Cameron Naasz recently claimed his second consecutive Crashed Ice victories at the World’s fastest ever track in Munich.

Naasz, who also won the first event in the four stop series in Quebec City, got off to a flying start in the men’s final in Munich.

After his win in Munich, Naasz now holds a 600-point lead over Scott Croxall in the overall standings, leaving him in an almost insurmountable position going into the third event in Finland at the end of the month.

Speaking after the victory, the 26 year old said:

“It feels really good. It is always nerve-wracking being in a tight race, maybe, at the end of the season, so hopefully these two wins in a row here to start the season will kind of give me a little cushion coming into the rest of the year,”
