New African magazine names African Women of the year

Dec 03, 2015 And New African Woman magazine is celebrating African Women this month with its December/January edition, which features African game-changing women as African Women of the Year 2015.

Included in the list are Nigerian celebrities such as Waje, Toke Makinwa, Dakore Akande, Michelle Dede and Linda Ikeji who have been recognized for their outstanding styles.

Also featured is AFRIFF founder Chioma Ude, Nigeria’s Hollywood actress Uzo Aduba and several others.

Gracing the cover of the magazine is celebrated South African soul singer Lira who opens up about her 2016 plans, which includes a new album, her documentary which explores her “behind the scenes” life and many more.
