Nigerian Postgraduate Student gets Grant from WHO for his Masters (MSc) Program.

2nd Oct 2014 And some more good news for postgraduate student Hammed Mogaji, as he has been awarded the sum of nine thousand five hundred and fifty dollars as research and training grant for his master of science (MSc) programme in tropical disease research (TDR).

The grant was funded by the World Health organisation (WHO) to help the young man achieve his research goals. The grant will not only cover his tuition fees but it will also go a long way in supporting other academic needs such as the preparation of his dissertation

The lucky recipient, Hammed thanked God and Dr. Friday Ekpo, his project supervisor. He added that the offer was not only a great challenge but also a stepping stone that will take his career to greater heights through hard work.
