Olamide and Wizkid lead Headies Award 2015 award nominations

Oct 01, 2015 And the long-anticipated nominee list of the prestigious Headies Award 2015 is out, with leading African musicians battling for esteemed awards.

Topping the list with the highest number of nominations is “Bobo” singer Olamide with eight nominations including Album of the year, Artiste of the year, Song of the Year, Rap Album, Best Street-Hop Artiste, Best Collaboration and Best Pop single.

Olamide is closely followed by StarBoy Wizkid with seven nominations which include Album of the year, Artise of the year, Song of the Year, Best Recording of the year, best RnB Album/Pop album, best single and best collabo.

Battling for the African Artiste award are Diamond Platnumz, Cassper Nyovest, Sarkodie, Uhuru and AKA.
