Rapper Olamide set to release 4th Album in November
9th Oct 2014 As we rock the new-album-release season, Nigerian ace Yoruba rapper Olamide has announced via his Instagram account that he is set to release his new album on the 14th of November.
The album titled “Street OT”, which stands for “Street Orientation”, will be Olamide’s 4th album, made up of 21 tracks.
“Street OT” features top Nigerian artists including the Mavin boss Don Jazzy, Olamide’s fellow leading Yoruba rapper Reminisce, Phyno, Pasuma and Lil kesh.
Olamide released his debut album “Rhaspody in 2011, sophomore album “YBNL” in 2012 and third album “Baddest Guy Ever Liveth” in 2013.
Can we expect him to keep this up by releasing an album per year?
Anyway, in related news, during a discussion with Yaw of Wazobia FM, Olamide confirmed that he will be having a joint album together with fellow rapper Phyno in 2015, titled “2 Kings”.
Now that’s the kind of stuff that surely get the fans excited!
