Reminisce decries being called indigenous rapper

19th Jan 2015 Over to the world of rap music, acclaimed Nigerian rapper Reminisce, often referred to as indigenous rapper due to his Yoruba rapping tradition, has come out to express his displeasure at being referred to as an indigenous rapper.

During an interview with Hip Hop World, Reminisce has it that referring to him and the likes of Phyno, Olamide, Seriki, BaseOne, Lil Kesh as local rappers is a way of making them feel inferior.
