Singer Wizkid arrested in Kenya over illegal substances

29th Oct 2014 Over now to Nigeria’s Justin Beiber the irrepressible Wizkid. Kenyan publications have it that the Show you the Money singer was arrested over the weekend following allegations that he was caught smoking illegal substances.

We gather the arrest was made just as Wizzy was checkingout of his Nairobi Crown plaza suit after days of concert performances.

Reports say the arrest was made even as the star had paid over 90 thousand naira as penalty for smoking in his room.

Lucky for him, Mtoto singer and Kenyan native Victoria Kimani was along to save the day and rescue the star from the station.

So far, Wizkid has kept mum about the fiasco.
