The #BringBackOurGirls protest continues yesterday with a march in Lagos.

07 May 2014 Protests to bring awareness to the plight of the missing girls of Chibok continued yesterday with a march in Lagos. The march took off from Alausa and featured a strong turnout of people including MD/CEO EbonyLife TV; Mo Abudu, Style Editor ThisDay Style; Ruth Osime, Publisher of Genevieve Magazine Mrs Betty Irabor, artistes Tiwa Savage and Sasha P were some of the personalities who participated in the walk.

The protesters marched to the government house in Lagos where they were addressed by the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Hon. Victoria Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire.

The movement has continued to raise awareness from around the world, with international media organization CNN promising that they will continue to raise awareness of the situation and with more human rights advocates, religious leaders and other citizens around the world continuing to raise awareness of the plight of over 200 girls abducted from their school on the 15th of April.
