World premiere of Nollywood’s most anticipated sequel expected to be ‘lit’ and memorable

Lagos, Nigeria – The ELFIKE Film Collective, a partnership between EbonyLife Films, FilmOne Distribution, Inkblot Productions and Koga Studios is excited to announce the date for the World Premiere of The Wedding Party 2: Destination Dubai. The event will take place on December 10, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island.
Its theme, ‘Arabian Nights’, is meant to highlight that most of the movie is set in Dubai, the world’s favourite holiday destination in the Middle East. With that comes opulent venue décor, guests dressed in ‘Arabian chic’ and a variety of exotic food, activities and entertainment.
There will be a number of scintillating musical performances, including one by a legend of Nigerian music, King Sunny Ade, live on stage like you’ve never seen him before! Other surprise attractions promise to add to the enchanting Arabian-flavoured ambience of the occasion. Event sponsors, Dubai Tourism, Nokia, Johnnie Walker and others to announced, will combine to ensure a virtual Aladdin’s cave of precious gifts and souvenirs for lucky guests.
Last year’s premiere of The Wedding Party was the hottest ticket in town and sold out within a few weeks.
